Fantastic Product, Great Service, Amazing Price

I was tipped off about Velosure a while ago, but stuck with my existing carrier, who just took my money each year and probably didn't understand cyclists. Not so with Velosure, a new bike purchased finally swayed me to move over to them and I'm glad I did. Linda on the client service team was fantastic. Excellent competitive cover

I wanted the reassurance of knowing we had insurance cover if our electric bikes were stolen or broke down on the road. I couldn't get this cover on my existing House / Contents Insurance and was recommended Velosure. Reviewed on: 25th September 2016

Pleasantly surprised

Finally an insurance company that offers a product that includes features that are genuinely useful. Not only that but to include them without resorting to using added options for additional premium was a pleasant surprise. Beyond the product itself, the phone was answered without having to wait in a queue whilst being told how important my call is. Once through, the call handler was knowledgeable, polite and easy to understand. If only most companies were this easy to contact. Excellent overall to deal with. Reviewed on: 21st September 2016

Good Price, Great Service

I insured my first bike with Velosure simply because they were the cheapest. After getting a second, more expensive, bike I shopped around and found some cheap deals, until i contacted Velosure and they allowed me to Insure my new bike onto my existing insurance, gave me a multi-bike discount and waved an administration fee i should have been charged, resulting in me getting my new bike inspired for significantly less than what i was going to pay elsewhere. Great company with a personal, friendly and HUMAN approach. 100% recommended. Reviewed on: 21st September 2016
