I contacted the Vernon enquiring about a mortgage into retirement age. I was unsure about the processes and apprehensive about it all due to my lack of knowledge about mortgages. Extremely professional and caring. From the off we were put at ease by Caroline who had a genuine empathy with what we were looking to achieve.
