Great advice and service at a personal level

Great in branch advice at a personal jlevel on a one to one basis. I very much like the fact this is a local Building Society for local people. I have had a mortgage with the Vernon for most of my house buying life, I paid off now but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. They are on the end the phone or very accessible in branch. Able to go in branch to discuss matters in person, always welcoming and friendly and informative. Also able to set up new accounts on line with ease.
