Service-with-a-smile

I like that I am greeted with a good morning from the panel of smiling staff. There is a well positioned desk for inquiries and paperwork, pleasant buzz of staff-customer interaction. Excellent blend of efficiency and friendliness from Marple branch manager, Jo, in arranging my accounts. Mr Sutton wasa next door but one to us when we moved here in 1970, he would be proud of the building society he founded 100 years ago. Reviewed on: 18th December 2023
