Old-fashioned personal service and competitive rates

I opened a regular saver ISA with the Vernon due to the competitive rate they were offering. The application process was all paper-based and slow compared to online banking but, along with the old fashioned processes, I experienced good old fashioned personal customer service in my local branch - great job!
