A good card with a nice online website, decent helping of airmiles. Would be nice to see a clearer picture of what would happen if the balance was not paid off in full for a given period Reviewed on: 30th December 2018

Would not recommend

Poor experience, poor customer service. Definitely would not recommend. In the process of clearing my balance and closing my account. Like others, my 0% balance transfer rate was removed and I was not informed (so have ended up with large interest charges) but this was actually as I had apparently paid TOO EARLY(!!) due to making a payment to my account after my last payment was taken, but before the next statement was produced. Virgin Money have been informed of the serious health problems I am suffering from and I have even provided medical evidence of this during the complaints procedure, but they have refused to acknowledge that I have NEVER missed a payment and was simply trying to be a good customer and pay in a timely manner, so will not refund the interest charges. They are fully aware of the negative effects the increased financial stress will have on my health and just do not care. Absolutely disgusted. No morals. Will never use their services again.
