I wanted to stooze my credit card balance and applied for a Virgin Money credit card and the process was so easy from the application to the transfer. I was so impressed by the ease of applying for the card online, the instant decision and the fact that I could transfer the balance of my existing credit card straight away without any hassle. Excellent customer service, with clear terms, conditions and rates.

Excellent customer service, whether changing details or enquiring about charges on the card. I have never had a bad experience with them. Very helpful and friendly. All terms, conditions and rates are set out clearly and if an explanation is required they are happy to provide it. Very happy. Reviewed on: 20th April 2015
