Really pleased with my Virgin credit card. Improvements I would like to see are: Improved stability and efficiency of the Virgin Atlantic website. Introduction of a Virgin Atlantic App for online banking. Reviewed on: 29th December 2018

I have been a Virgin customer for years now. I am so impressed by the diversity of products, always available, moving with the future and tailored products to suit different needs. No Loyalty

Had my credit reduced without notice even thou I never been over my limit or been late and no where near my limit then you decide to cut my limit which I found out by using my app made a call then two days later get a letter and not much explanation. I normally use to book my annual holiday to the USA via virgin but by reducing my limit by more then half makes me near my limit which now doesn’t look good for me. Reviewed on: 20th December 2018
