Had my credit reduced without notice even thou I never been over my limit or been late and no where near my limit then you decide to cut my limit which I found out by using my app made a call then two days later get a letter and not much explanation. I normally use to book my annual holiday to the USA via virgin but by reducing my limit by more then half makes me near my limit which now doesn’t look good for me. Reviewed on: 20th December 2018

BEWARE THE SMALL PRINT. THEY DID NOT FORGIVE A SIMPLE ADMIN ERROR!!

There was an error in amending my direct debit details and subsequently a payment was missed. Every payment prior to and after that was on time and over the minimum amount. Sudden £70+ interest per month added to my monthly repayment because I had 'broken the terms of the agreement' No information given to me in the form of email or letter until I called their customer service department who said there was absolutely nothing they can do. I have requested a balance transfer to another card and will never use their credit card facility again. Shocking customer service. Reviewed on: 19th December 2018
