Great for loans, but can be bias

The over all service is good, but there acceptances rate is very below average, I have had three loans and and paid them back with out any issues , but trying to reapply for a new one has failed, 5 times I earn enough but due to having a low credit score, I get rejected each time after my first 3 loans which wasn’t a low amount, since the repayment come straight from my wages each week, I think judging ones pass credit history isn’t always giving a clear picture of someone finances, and given a false representation of the person that is seeking a loan for what ever there reason, is quite bias. The loan process can be at times long and dragged out, which you will have to call them a few times to make sure there actually processes your loan , as well as double send everything because they always say they haven’t received the documents you have sent.
