I actually got to talk to an advisor who helped me select the right insurance policy for my forthcoming trips. I have been using Voyager Insurance for travel insurance for several years. They have consistently been very responsive when subscribing to a policy or making a claim covered by the policy. Staff very knowledgeable and professional, each form...

Staff very knowledgeable and professional, each form of travel insurance had its own set of criteria which the agent dealt with. The insurance policies covered everything needed and the quote was offered. On each occasion the price was lower than other companies offering a policy that was of a significantly lower standard, if the competing companies actually offed any cover at all. Due to my previous dealings with voyager, they will always be the first company I call to get a quote for my travel insurance. Another point that I was very impressed with is the fact that on my last quote, even though the quote seemed very competitive, the company was quite happy to save the quote for a period of days (30 I think) so I could check with other insurance providers to see if a more suitable policy could be found with a lower price, needless to say, I bought the policy from voyager, it was, by far, much more comprehensive than the competition Reviewed on: 28th September 2024
