Knowledgable staff who explained options simply

Staff were knowledgeable and explained all options available specifically relating to winter sports that could not be covered under our normal insurance. I felt reassured we were covered by the best insurance option available especially as my wife and I both have pre-existing medical conditions which can cause difficulties with insurance cover.
