They refused to reimburse me arguing my cat had a pre-existing condition (which was definitely unrelated, but they don’t care), so I’ve been paying them for nothing for a year. Quite infuriating to be honest but no insurance in this country is willing to insure my once-previously-ill-in-another-country cat at reasonable conditions, so I’m keeping this one that is not too expensive in case something different happens to him. My only option left is literally to pray for him to stay healthy because I couldn’t afford it. So the least I could say is I am not happy, no. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Great value for money,I haven’t had to claim yet so can’t comment on that,but I have used the free vet video calls a couple of times and that has been absolutely amazing,really helpful and reassuring. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
