I don’t like buying from large insurance companies, I have longed for something like this to come along for ever! Transparent insurance, with an edgy cool feel and great social media presence. Straight forward, dental, In black and white

Absolutely brilliant, they don't use funny words to catch you out... simple straight forward... when I joined online I had a phone call to check why I wanted certain things on my insurance and made sure that it suited me and my dogs needs... I looked on other pet insurance sites and it didn't make much sense in what I was looking for. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Thus far, thankfully our dog hasnt needed to use the insurance, but we know that everything is covered with Waggel as they go through everything when you sign up for the insurance and explain what is covered and ensure you know who to call to make a claim. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Really simple explanation of what is covered and good flexibility to choose cover within budget. Best cover and price I could find as cheaper ones have so many exclusions. Customer service very helpful with payment difficulty setting up and ensured I got month free! Thankfully not had to claim but very pleased so far! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
