Insurance is not the most exciting topic and it's hard to differentiate companies by anything other than the cost. Waggel made the experience personable, fun and were consultative throughout the process whilst being competitive My four-legged friend is family and I made the decision similar to how I would choose healthcare for a sibling. The customer support team is 2nd to none and they are always on paw (hand) to answer questions, give advice and tell the off joke through their amazing social media team. So far I haven't had to claim but I have used the incredible range of partner rewards very frivolously! 10/10 the best pet insurer out there! Reviewed on: 14th September 2020
