'Paws for thought'

As a new doggie owner I was concerned that I did my very best for the pooch that was about to join our family. There are SO many websites and companies out there that it can seem very overwhelming. Waggel was easy to use and understand. I love the updates that I receive and the website has some excellent information. I feel that we are in good hands! Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

Frictionless to deal with, peerless customer service

Having transferred to Waggel after a negative first experience with another insurer, it was with some trepidation I entered into my first claim with Waggel. I needn't have worried. The process of raising a claim was so easy, a very brief simple online submission was all that was required to get things moving, and Waggel did the rest. No manual filling in of paperwork and dropping this off at the vets as I had to do previously. When I needed to contact customer service when the vet had an issue, it was easy to do so via the online chat on my mobile. The customer service experience was excellent, with the Waggel rep just telling me not to worry, he'd call the vet directly and sort everything out. Which was exactly what he did, and the claim was processed quickly and painlessly. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

Forward thinking insurance provider who care about your pets

Expensive, but easy to use and comprehensive cover

The process of applying for this insurance was honestly second to none. I did it in my 10-minute lie-in before dragging myself out of bed for work. Done and dusted and my two cats were sorted for lifetime cover starting within 14 days. The rewards were a bit out of my price range, but certainly more than I've seen from other providers and I certainly have a look now and again. Very helpful and prompt company.

Website was informative and it was easy to sign up for insurance. I wanted some advice and they were quick to respond and it felt you were talking to a friend. Their chat line was excellent and I had a follow up email to make sure I was happy with the advice I was given. A very professional company. Will definitely recommend them to my friends.
