I searched for many hours for suitable pet insurance for my Dachshund puppy. Everywhere I looked didn't offer suitable cover or it was completely unreasonable in price. A friend recommended Waggel and I wasn't disappointed. Great Price, great cover and fab website. I have recommended Waggel to all of my friends. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

Excellent customer service - I get to speak to someone within minutes rather than waiting hours on hold, their membership perks are wonderful and have introduced me to some excellent companies! I genuinely feel as though they care about Hector as an individual, in the same way my vet does, rather than an insured piece of property. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

'Paws for thought'

As a new doggie owner I was concerned that I did my very best for the pooch that was about to join our family. There are SO many websites and companies out there that it can seem very overwhelming. Frictionless to deal with, peerless customer service

Having transferred to Waggel after a negative first experience with another insurer, it was with some trepidation I entered into my first claim with Waggel. I needn't have worried. The process of raising a claim was so easy, a very brief simple online submission was all that was required to get things moving, and Waggel did the rest. No manual filling in of paperwork and dropping this off at the vets as I had to do previously. When I needed to contact customer service when the vet had an issue, it was easy to do so via the online chat on my mobile. The customer service experience was excellent, with the Waggel rep just telling me not to worry, he'd call the vet directly and sort everything out. Which was exactly what he did, and the claim was processed quickly and painlessly. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
