I like the idea of Waggel and I'm glad I chose them. They provide not only the insurance but also perks like dicsounts for pet foods etc. Simple yet easy to use website with useful information related to pets' health care. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Exceptional service - easy and with a lot of visibility

Could not be happier with Waggel. Our kitten unfortunately caught a bad bacteria and had diarrhoea for months... we’ve been able to get all vet bills reimburse with pretty much no effort. Now our kitten is safe and we didn’t have to carve our vacation budget. I hope our kitten will stay healthy and we never need to claim again. However, if we do, I trust the process will be super smooth. That’s one less thing to worry about when your little one is suffering. Thank you. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

I found the website super easy to use, I found the process to be straight forward, all the options were clearly explained so I felt informed completely confident I was choosing the best Insurance for my dog. When I had to update something, I used the live chat even though it was out of hours they got back to me via email and we resolved the issue within a couple of days. Super happy with the service. Great service, with heart and values

Decided to join Waggel because I first fell in love with their values and motto. It’s a company lead by the heart and love for animals. It feels personal when you join them and it feels like you are joining a new family. Proud of having joined them and will recommend to anyone. I wish them all the best and lots of success!
