After getting our 3rd dog, I wanted to get her covered by an insurance policy as soon as possible. I looked around and compared Waggel to the other usual pet insurance companies we all know and I was pleasantly surprised, they met and exceeded my requirements for the policy and the premiums were very competitive. Taking out the policy was easy, even on my phone! I’ve not had to make a claim, but I have had a good look around the website to test the process and I do not see any problems. I certainly recommend comparing Waggel to the usual pet insurance companies out there. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

The enrollment process is thorough but easy to follow. The option of help by their trained staff was useful. Prices very competitive. I would recommend always include them in your selection of companies to consider. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

A Transparent Insurance Company

Having just bought a new beagle puppy, our veterinarian recommended insurance. I didn't previously know anything about Waggle but found they were very price competitive Vs online comparison sites. I did wonder about their " Newness" however all the points i was suggested to check were addressed. I like the online vet access as we can get advice as required, when our vet is closed, previously we would go to to a Pet Emergency Service which is very experience. Moreover i was concerned that we could have a large bill that may not be covered, however if you check online with them and they subsequently recommend going to the emergency service we are typically covered (although this may not cover every aspect of the claim) which is reassuring. Great insurance, great price!

My insurance is very good. There are regular competitions and lots of other bonuses, such as a free behaviour consultation. Everything is done digitally, which I love, and you can easily see all of your claims. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Just one word...... Excellent

Everything is self explanatory and really easy to follow! When looking for insurance especially pet insurance you can be blinded by words! And it then becomes a case of just clicking on a option you think is the right choice, that is until you come to claim and then you discover your insurance doesn't cover that certain complaint. This can be upsetting when you are already stressed because your pet is so poorly and it is not a good time to find out that what you thought you had actually isn't included. Waggel on the other hand I feel make it so clear and easy to understand that it actually was a pleasure to sort out.
