Thank goodness for Waggel

Having brought a rather naughty little puppy into our home, we have already had to use our Waggel insurance! We found it simple and easy. Hopefully we won’t need to use it again but, as I say, he is a very mischievous puppy! Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Good Value

After getting our 3rd dog, I wanted to get her covered by an insurance policy as soon as possible. I looked around and compared Waggel to the other usual pet insurance companies we all know and I was pleasantly surprised, they met and exceeded my requirements for the policy and the premiums were very competitive. Taking out the policy was easy, even on my phone! I’ve not had to make a claim, but I have had a good look around the website to test the process and I do not see any problems. A Transparent Insurance Company

Having just bought a new beagle puppy, our veterinarian recommended insurance. I didn't previously know anything about Waggle but found they were very price competitive Vs online comparison sites. I did wonder about their " Newness" however all the points i was suggested to check were addressed. I like the online vet access as we can get advice as required, when our vet is closed, previously we would go to to a Pet Emergency Service which is very experience. Moreover i was concerned that we could have a large bill that may not be covered, however if you check online with them and they subsequently recommend going to the emergency service we are typically covered (although this may not cover every aspect of the claim) which is reassuring.
