Amazing company

Less than 2 months into an insurance policy my dog Milo ended up tearing his ACL, this required TPLO surgery. Waffle could not have been more helpful and reassuring during the process and even when the wounded ended up infected they was brilliant, amazing company and will recommend them to any pet owner. I have limited experience thankfully and haven't had to make a claim but for a panic phone vet call, it was super helpful having Waggels online vet call I love their membership feel with the discounts and their people I spoke to were super helpful. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020
