Request to withdraw funds

Having joined Wave Community bank last November, I wanted to treat myself to a few months worth of savings to purchase some things for the new flat I'm renting in. Wave made it incredibly easy to make the withdrawal and a few hours after my initial call, the funds were in my current account. Staff are caring and polite and I have sensed with any enquiries I have made that they are engaged in trying to provide a good service. Reviewed on: 16th May 2022
