I am able to save more than I ever before.

I am able to save more than I ever before. The money is safe and I only use it for purposeful shopping or paying my council tax. amongst other important financial transactions. I do not feel the need to withdraw the money and I feel more in charge of my finance. Also, I teach my child how to save money and how to manage our finances better. I feel capable and richer, although I am not rich, I feel hopeful about the future and my capacity to face financial step back. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

A lifeline , wave community bank . When no one else helps , banks won’t accept you, Wave gave me a life line and gave me an account . Easy to use . Easy to save a little each week. Loans when no where to turn . Support always there . Always return email , never waiting hours or days for a reply . Reviewed on: 29th June 2023

Top quality ethical business that really serves the local community

I've been a member for years and ESCU (now Wave) has gone from strength to strength. Slick service, super app and plenty of helpful financial initiatives in the local community. The Chorus service for local employers makes it easy for their employees to save and borrow ethically, straight from salary. Very impressive. Reviewed on: 29th June 2023

Been saving with them for years!

Fantastic organisation which provides loans and savings options outside of the mainstream lenders/ banks. It has helped me save consistently, and also take short term loans at times of need. I mainly use the app, but when you get in touch in person Wave Community Bank are always swift to help in a kind and respectful way. Everyone should have a credit union account!
