Slowly redeeming themselves

Was very good in the early days. Had a wobble since reissue and new app. I wasn't able to load cash onto it for months! Recently has managed to sort itself out and works better but exchange rates are not particularly competitive with other similar cards Reviewed on: 9th December 2022

Great travel app

Great app, very handy. Good that you can swap between wallets. I would like instant trades at a better rate. Maybe a lower fee after a number of transactions? Reviewed on: 6th November 2019

Amazing service and product from We Swap

Whilst in Spain I had issues with my card in certain cash machines. We swap solved this quickly and efficiently over messenger. They even refunded the ATM fee. Excellent customer service. Reviewed on: 6th November 2019
