A very sensitive and thorough assessment of our needs followed by a very reasonable quote

They have a very professional and bespoke approach to providing insurance for those with medical conditions. Having gathered lots of evidence they provided us with an excellent quote. Reliable, good communication, recommended

good for cancer patients

These guys give insurance for a reasonable premium but pile on the excess. This is great if, like me, you don't make a claim. There is NO REASON why I should not go cruising whilst I am on maintenance treatment for cancer - I am not going to suddenly drop dead or anything! I have had this for 4 years now, never had any emergency with it, and World First treat me fairly. it has been said that your insurance is as good as your first claim - but I have never made a claim and these guys are one of the very few who will cover me at a fair price. Excellent service and great price

Having Crohn’s disease has always meant I have had to pay a much higher travel insurance than anyone else for my age and most high street providers won’t even give me a quote. I always go with World First, as they’re rates are always the best and their service is first class. Would highly recommend to anyone who has a medical condition, their screening is very quick and their coverage broad. Reviewed on: 24th August 2020

Excellent service and price

I have had a previous medical problem and found it difficult to get reasonably priced travel insurance. Then I found World First! Excellent price and good level of cover. I have unfortunately had to claim on a couple of occasions (none to do with my original medical problem) and there has been no problem with reimbursement. Would thoroughly recommend.
