Friendly and well informed staff

Great for health conditions

My existing insurer would not insure me following triple heart bypass even though I made a complete recovery. Luckily I found World First. Very reasonable quote for Annual Insurance covering myself with declared health problems and my wife with no conditions. Glad I found them, you will be too. Reviewed on: 6th August 2019

Amazing Value

Ski holiday cover for over 70s

After a great deal of difficulty in finding a company that covered me for a ski holiday I chanced upon World First. Not only will they cover me for a few more years it is all at a very reasonable cost. Delighted to use them. Reviewed on: 6th August 2019

A wholly and genuinely inclusive company.

When I received the news that my cancer had returned after 15 years in remission and was incurable, I set about the task of making memories. One of these was a trip abroad with my adored son. Many companies offered insurance cover, but at prohibitive cost. In other words, my illness meant I was excluded from travel. World First took my details, with enormous compassion and genuine interest, and came back to me a few days later, as promised, with a properly affordable quotation. When I burst into tears with relief and joy, the young woman was kindness personified. World First are a company set far apart from all their competitors and, if I am given the opportunity to travel again, I shall never use anyone else. Whilst their efficiency with administration and their diligence with detail can probably be matched by any number of other companies, it is their generosity of spirit and the sincerity of their human compassion that sets them way above and beyond others in their field. In this graceless, consumer-driven age of targets and profits, they are, quite literally, the First in the World to remember their core purpose which is to help all their clients to enjoy the beauty of the world they share. Great cover for health issues at an even better price!

I have used First World Travel insurace for a few years now and I find them to be one of the best insurers out there, at a good price for those of us who do not enjoy the best of health! I suffer with an ongoing cancer condition with a recent nasty skin cancer, high blood pressure, asthma and arthritis in several places. My wife enjoys perfect health - but we got a years worth of around the world cover for a Caribbean cruise and frequent European trips for £315 to cover both my wife and myself. Excellent value!
