A very sensitive and thorough assessment of our needs followed by a very reasonable quote

They have a very professional and bespoke approach to providing insurance for those with medical conditions. Having gathered lots of evidence they provided us with an excellent quote. Value for money

Great insurance premium as I am in remission from lung cancer getting reasonable cost travel insurance is very difficult world first take your individual circumstances from the start by not asking generic questions like slot of companies which means you got a quote which takes into your circumstances and does not lump you in a catagory of well you have cancer therefore cover starts at this very expensive cost Reviewed on: 3rd August 2019

Sensible insurance company

This is our second year of being insured with World First. Unlike some other companies, they do not have a policy of 'computer says'. My husband has had cancer but that did not present a problem. They asked very sensible questions about where he was in his treatment and listened to our answers. They also answered any queries we had efficiently and in a friendly manner. Fortunately we have not had to make a claim, but have no doubt that any such claim would be dealt with the same efficiency and friendliness. We would have no hesitation in recommending World First and indeed have done so to several friends and acquaintances. Also the cost of World First's insurance cover is very reasonable indeed, especially compared to other ludicrous prices we have been quoted in the past. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2019

Total satisfaction for our last four holidays .

In the last two years using this company we have been covered for two holidays in Spain and two cruises. Saved a small fortune compared with other companies. Excellent value for money

I went on holiday with my parents and they linked our policies together as we didnt want to go on holiday without each other. My parents struggle for insurance due to pre existing conditions but World First cover them at reasonable premiums. Will definitely use in the future. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2019
