Friendly and well informed staff

A gem for those with pre existing medical conditions

I'm complicated. I have a lot of medical things but I'm also really healthy. Most companies focus of the names of the conditions and not how they effect me. World First is head and shoulders above the rest, asks sensible questions and provides excellent cover at a reasonable price. Absolutely love them. Reviewed on: 31st July 2019

Staff are pleasant and very helpful when inquiring about travel insurance, offering advice about which policy would suit. I have been a customer of World First for a good few years now and i have never had any problem dealing with them re cancellation of 2 holidays over the years.
