A very sensitive and thorough assessment of our needs followed by a very reasonable quote

They have a very professional and bespoke approach to providing insurance for those with medical conditions. Having gathered lots of evidence they provided us with an excellent quote. I would always recommend World First Travel

Used First World Travel on several occasions for my mother’s travel insurance, as she is now 89, with a couple of medical issues, FWT have always been great value for money, covered all of her medical history issues and given a fully comprehensive cover. When taking an elderly person abroad on holiday, there is always some apprehension regarding health issues, with FWT cover I have always felt that if there were any problems I would have peace of mind regarding any medical situation. Premiums are reasonable

I have used world 1st twice now, the online application is good. Beware that if you have health problems you read the questions carefully, if in doubt as to your answer world 1st deal with your query quickly and efficiently. The cover provided is excellent for the cost of the premium. I don't know about the claims procedure as I have not had to make a claim. If they are as efficient as they are in answering queries, there should be noproblrm. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Excellent customer support

Whilst on holiday I became ill I was sent to hospital and they said I had too pay the bill when I should only have paid the excess when I rang you back a lovely lady helped me and spoke to the hospital so I only had too pay the excess not only did she do this she also sent me a text too say that if I needed anything else she was there for me and also wished me a speedy recovery nice touch Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Big decision

Quite an experience logging into all the battling companies trying to sell prospective customers , in my case it was Travel Insurance. With the help of my son , I think we made the best choice from the many contenders, `` World First`` off course. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Fantastic value for money

I suffer with type 2 diabetes and asthma. Other companies either would not cover my existing conditions or if they did charged anywhere up to £150 more. World First Travel covered my conditions at no extra cost. This is the 2nd time we have used them and it will not be the last. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018
