Really pleased I found them!

Most helpful for anyone with a medical condition.

Before getting a quote from World First Travel Insurance, I had either been turned down or quoted very high premiums. World First Travel Insurance had a much more in depth medical screening which meant they were able to offer me a realistic quote to include my medical conditions and the quote was extremely easy to complete on line. Very affordable

I spoke to a lovely very professional young lady who talked me through the policies, she asked me a series of questions about my health problems and medication, she was very helpful and patient. I spent hours trawling the Internet for an affordable policy and was becoming very despondent. The policy we chose was so affordable and covered our existing problems, we took out a year policy instead of a single trip. Reviewed on: 29th July 2017

Had to email twice to receive documents

Went through money supermarket to buy my holiday insurance. Had an email from yourselves saying I would receive the documents shortly. Took 4 days and 2 emails to be sent the documents I needed. Cameron Wood then emailed me with no apology just one line .. "Please find attached a copy of your travel insurance documents." Reviewed on: 27th July 2017

Best insurance Company for people with pre-existing medical conditions

Having tried a number of Companies there is no doubt I have chosen the best in World Travel for the following reasons. 1) the Company's screening process is the most rigorous I have experienced which gives me confidence that the cover is appropriate for my condition. 2) The premium is sensible. 3) Other big name Companies seem to use a mild screening process resulting in quoting unacceptable high premiums.
