A very sensitive and thorough assessment of our needs followed by a very reasonable quote

They have a very professional and bespoke approach to providing insurance for those with medical conditions. Having gathered lots of evidence they provided us with an excellent quote. Excellent service for travellers with health issues.

Competitive prices with excellent cover

Easy to deal with and the price they gave me was excellent compared with other quotes. As my husband has a medical problem I thought we would struggle to find insurance but this company were marvelous and made life a lot easier for me. They talked me through my husbands condition and were able to provide cover for an excellent price. Other companies were accelerating the price once they knew there was a medical condition involved but not this company. Competitive at covering pre-existing illnesses

Two years ago this month when my husband took ill in Marmaris Turkey

We attended a clinic and my husband was rushed into hospital I then phoned First Would who were very helpful I had no idea we were taken to a private hospital where my husband was put into special care ... I phoned each day to let First would know how things were going and the response was very good and very caring ...On arriving home I had to make a contact with the company they gave me a number to contact and within weeks a payment was made back into our account ..We were very pleased .Last year we took another holiday and used this same company Reviewed on: 19th September 2016
