They have a very professional and bespoke approach to providing insurance for those with medical conditions. Having gathered lots of evidence they provided us with an excellent quote. Found it very difficult to get insurance for my husbands illness. They are very thorough and empathetic and best of all were able to offer the full range of travel insurance. So glad as just because you have health issues doesn’t mean you’re happy never to go on holiday again. There’s so many places to see. Now we can go anywhere even on cruises to far away places. Comprehensive cover at very good price.

Have used World First for several years for travel insurance as I have pre conditions. Found its quote took my personal condition into account by asking what treatment I was having first rather than other companies that wanted the name of my condition first and then asked general questions about the conditions. Even when I had to travel during Covid and World First couldn't cover me I was recommended to a specialist company that could. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Reviewed on: 9th October 2024
