Friendly and well informed staff

Fantastic, caring company

They are brilliant at covering people with illness eg cancer etc, we regularly tell people all about your company including the hospital staff where the treatment was done , when we go away we tell everyone we talk to to go on your website as you are so good Reviewed on: 11th September 2024

Insurance for two preconditions

Ttravel insurance for pre existing medical conditions

Tried to get travel insurance to suit my pre existing medical situation without much luck or at a price that was ludicrous, I was put in touch with World First many years ago and have used them ever since. They understand pre existing medical conditions better than anyone else and provided me with a suitable policy at a reasonable price Reviewed on: 11th September 2024

Realistic premiums, excellent cover & customer service.

Am 70+ with pre-existing heart and other conditions, travelling to Mexico several times a year to visit family. World First have covered us (wife + adult son) on a policy offering excellent coverage. Never had to claim yet (thankfully) but good cover at a price significantly lower than other so called market leaders. Also when I had to visit Mexico during Covid although World First couldn't cover me they put me in touch with another Company which could offer specialist cover. Would take a lot for me to consider using someone else and we're going to be travelling to Mexico for the foreseeable future. Reviewed on: 11th September 2024
