They have a very professional and bespoke approach to providing insurance for those with medical conditions. Having gathered lots of evidence they provided us with an excellent quote. Insurance for all, at a fair price

We were travelling with extended family to the US, with ages ranging from 7 to 70. My 70 year old dad with a recent health issue was really struggling to find any insurer that could offer a reasonable price for insurance, quotes were coming back at way more than the flight itself. I mentioned this problem to my colleague and they advised to try World First. Finally we were all able to get insured at a fair price and enjoyed our holiday together. Great price if you've existing conditions

I haven't given 5 stars as I've never had to use the cover so I can't comment on that side of things. I've given 4 stars as World First have consistently provided a fair price considering my pre-existing condition. The level of cover for the price is fantastic compared to other sites I have tried.
