Just what we needed

Good customer service, easy to set up. Covered medical conditions that other insurers would not. Unfortunately our holiday was a casualty of COVD 19 so we didn't have to make a claim when our holiday to Sri Lanka was cancelled. Reviewed on: 25th August 2020

Brilliant customer service, great product

I have had my annual insurance with these guys for a few years now. I have significant medical issues and so buying travel insurance is usually something I have to psych myself up for - endless questions and in the past very expensive. World First have been so helpful and have streamlined the process as much as possible, to make it easy. The quotes have also been very reasonable compared to other companies I’ve tried. Shame that the covid pandemic has put a stop to my travels for now but will be straight back to World First when I’m allowed to travel again! Reviewed on: 25th August 2020

Fast and fair

I've always found World First to produce reasonable quotes for both me and my husband who have medical conditions. The cover levels are great. I shop around each time but I always end up buying my travel insurance with World First. When I've needed to contact them directly, communication has always been quick. Reviewed on: 25th August 2020

Excellent coverage and service

Pre existing medical conditions with one time excess fee (should a claim be made), no excess for any other type of claim. Quality customer service traced my account an contact email from a voicemail service left at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic within 12 hours.
