Friendly and well informed staff

Excellent Intelligent Customer Service

Following a heart attack five years ago I began to use World First because of their good offer for people in this position. In January 2019 I also suffered serious illness which lead to a significant claim. The claims process was quick and efficient with World First clearly detailing the necessary steps to ensure the claim went through correctly. My health conditions are such that when renewing cover I have needed to speak with sales staff. They have been helpful, courteous and clearly understand the questions they need to ask once an individual's medical history is established. Truly excellent customer servive.
