Easy to deal with both online and by phone. My wife and I are both over 70 and have multiple pre-existing conditions. Our needs changed during the year and the company responded efficiently and with care for us. Reviewed on: 25th August 2020

I looked at lots of companies to obtain single trip insurance to Spain for my wife and myself, both over 70 at time of travel, and with multiple pre-existing conditions. Wold First were easy to use and gave a clear and competitive quote. Most of the others took half an hour each and rejected us at the end of the application. Others were ridiculously expensive. When I wanted to change to an annual policy including Turkey, the staff were very helpful and efficient, leading me to a quote which was more expensive but provided what we need. I feel safe with WFT.

I am a customer for 5 years maybe more, they are just the best insurance out there, I get the best support when I need and I feel safer when travelling. It covers what I always look for in a insurance. They also have a great customer service. Reviewed on: 24th August 2020

Good basic policy but!!??!
