Friendly and well informed staff

Cheap, easy & excellent coverage

Easy customer service and no fuss claim service

Being a gentleman of a certain age I was looking for travel insurance that Wouldn’t be a hassle. World service has proven a delight in this respect with a great product at reasonable prices and assisting and supporting when the unexpected occurred preventing me to travel. Great cover, great rates

Very easy online process to set up and then to do annual renewals. Very easy to details health conditions that need to be declared. Process is seamless. Documentation received is clear. I have not had any reason to make a claim and so cannot comment on this aspect. Competitive rates for good cover. Reviewed on: 24th August 2020

Professional

My wife and I needed to review our Insurance ready for a possible trip abroad this year and our already booked trip to Thailand in December. I found the representative to be very professional and understanding of my needs. This is the 2nd year with World First and hopefully will be renewing my cover next year when prior to its expiry. Never claimed but excellent product

Ive been lucky enough to have not needed to make a claim, but they offer a great product, that is simple to apply for, and prices are very affordable. I will never go on holiday without insurance, and as someone with existing medical conditions, it can sometimes cost a small fortune, but World First have always been very reasonable and I feel sure that, should the worst happen, they would be there for me if I needed to make a claim.
