Absolutely rubbish

I was with Yorkshire bank for years in the 1970s/80 s and they were rubbish, I have a isa account now with Virgin money , Clydesdale and Yorkshire bank takeover and what happens, my isa goes from a poor 1.2 percent to.5 percent. What a load of rubbish. Time to find another decent bank. Good riddance. Reviewed on: 25th November 2019

The UK's worst bank - by far!

If you join this bank you will regret it. This bank are without doubt the worst, most incompetent and breathtakingly useless bank that exists in the UK today. You can expect no security for your money (my account was hacked) an antiquated system of complaints, a diabolically bad online banking service that never works, terrible customer service where EVERYTHING must be done in a branch. Rude staff, no return calls, or emails ever. You will save yourself months of hassle not join... Reviewed on: 10th October 2019

Worst Bank ever

Just been joined them in Oct 2018 and can't access my account online or mobile App the pay my bills. Have telephoned them several times and got very little help in sorting the problem out. Put in 3 Online Complaints and just been told this from YB: We deal with complaints in date order received to treat customers fairly, and then in a fair and prompt manner.
