Lost documents supplied, claimed they had responded by email and hadn’t. Long delays in response if they even bother to respond and terrible customer service. Reviewed on: 30th January 2021

Great people to deal with

Made saving easy and worthwhile. Really enjoyed saving and building a lump sum, that I can choose how to spend! Reviewed on: 28th January 2021

Products & People

The branch staff (especially in the Liverpool branch) are an absolute pleasure. I see an account I’m interested in and visit the branch for an appointment. I know I will always be given factual information in order to make the right decision for myself. I recommend the YBS to family and friends knowing they will be given five star service and a five star product to match. Reviewed on: 21st January 2021

Fantastic service in all aspects

Always go the extra mile, doesn’t matter who you get. Real people who take the time to get to know you and understand what you need. Fantastic and especially through COVID-19. They do not get enough praise and treat everyone as an individual and don’t send them to a machine! I don’t know what it is about YBS but they employ the friendliest people on the planet.
