Great products, services and rates

Strong Communications

I've been a long standing customer of YBS and have used several of their products over the years. In particular, really like their email communications regarding new saving accounts, keeping me informed on a frequent basis. I have also received telephone calls providing more information when required and answering any queries in a helpful, friendly fashion. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2021

Like having a best friend look over you when leaving your finances to Yorkshire Building Society. Trust and Reliability from the first £1 of investment of my first pocket money to Mortgage and 3rd House purchase. A Society to be relied upon. Regular Savings

Just recently they set up a loyalty savings account with good interest. The staff I have experienced at two of their branches has been very friendly and a pleasure to be a part of. I think they care about their customers and want to keep updating plus being friendly efficient as well. Reviewed on: 4th March 2021

Super branch

Everyone who works in the Pontefract Branch are very friendly and professional they can’t do enough to help you. Nothing is too much trouble. They really helped us understand our options for our savings fantastic service. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2021

Untrustworthy

Lost documents supplied, claimed they had responded by email and hadn’t. Long delays in response if they even bother to respond and terrible customer service. Reviewed on: 30th January 2021
