Strong Communications

I've been a long standing customer of YBS and have used several of their products over the years. In particular, really like their email communications regarding new saving accounts, keeping me informed on a frequent basis. I have also received telephone calls providing more information when required and answering any queries in a helpful, friendly fashion. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2021

Like having a best friend look over you when leaving your finances to Yorkshire Building Society. Trust and Reliability from the first £1 of investment of my first pocket money to Mortgage and 3rd House purchase. A Society to be relied upon. Regular Savings

Just recently they set up a loyalty savings account with good interest. The staff I have experienced at two of their branches has been very friendly and a pleasure to be a part of.
