Let’s be honest—when I first stumbled across Zable, I wasn’t exactly on top of the world. Life had lobbed a few too many curveballs my way, and my credit score looked like it had been dragged through a hedge backwards. What I needed was a bit of help, not another headache. And Zable? They turned up like that dependable mate who doesn’t pry, just hands you a cuppa and says, “Right then, let’s get this sorted.” Why Zable gets my vote: • No Fees, No Faff I didn’t have the energy for hidden charges or pages of small print. Zable kept it refreshingly simple—no annual fee, no foreign transaction nonsense. Just a card that does what it says on the tin. • Credit Building Without the Finger-Wagging They didn’t treat me like I’d flunked some financial exam. Instead, they gave me the tools to rebuild—reporting to credit agencies, sending helpful nudges, and never once making me feel like I was being judged by some bloke in a pinstripe suit. • Flexible Payments That Actually Flex When things got tight, Zable didn’t shut the door. I could spread payments, catch my breath, and get back on track—without feeling like I’d broken some sacred banking rule. • Customer Service That’s Actually Human I had questions. They had answers. No robotic scripts, no endless hold music—just real people who seemed to genuinely give a toss. • An App That Doesn’t Make You Feel Ancient I’m not glued to my phone, but Zable’s app is a doddle. Zable, you’re a JOKE.

Zable, you’re a JOKE. You PROMISED a credit limit upgrade if I made 5 on-time payments. I did NINE. On time. In full. What did I get? Nothing. Not even a review. Just a rubbish £50 limit and radio silence. Even worse? That “Payment Tracker” you dangled as bait — the one that literally said “MAKE 5 PAYMENTS ON TIME FOR A £250 UPGRADE” — mysteriously VANISHED from the app the moment I complained. Convenient. Your responses? Slow, templated, robotic and utterly useless. Took 12 WEEKS to send back a load of copy-paste nonsense that didn’t even address the actual issue. You call that customer service? Meanwhile, I’ve got cards from Ocean & Capital One who actually review accounts and reward reliability. Zable? Just another “credit building” app that does NOTHING to build credit but plenty to waste your time and damage your score. Stop gaslighting customers into thinking you’re doing them a favour. I built my credit — not you. Embarrassing company.
