Don't even bother considering Zempler, they're awful.

Absolutely awful, and nothing ever gets resolved first time, been with them 3 months, and had 4 complaints already, mainly because their Customer Service staff never listen, and if I'm honest, probably ain't even trained properly as basic stuff takes forever, plus they're not even there weekends at all, generally the time busy working people need them the most. And the fees, rip off! Keep offering me an overdraft, and charge me £50 for accepting their offer, with 55% APR! SCAM! Worst best I've ever used. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025
