On an occasion when I had a scammer use my card I called Zempler and was dealt with very promptly. The agent I spoke to with used clear and perfect English, and was able to sort the problem within an hour. Digitally apps are also very intuitive and easy to use. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

At the age of 64 I was faced with setting up as a sole trader having been employed all my working life.
