Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

Been using this bank for around 5 years and I have had a really good experience, their extra features like euro account has made using money abroad easy and the credit builder is also very useful, I would definitely recommend to anyone. Reviewed on: 27th February 2025

They’re on the ball!

Only ever had one issue with Zempler which was when my card got compromised (which I didn’t know about!) they informed me of this and arranged for a new card to be sent which was with me in 2 days so no effects were felt from this. A quick phone call to confirm the details of what happened was all it took and they did the rest which made my life a LOT easier!! Reviewed on: 27th February 2025
