Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

I had my account blocked.

I had my account blocked. I sent relevant documentation for the transaction. I called the bank to advise I needed my account unlocked as I had no monies for food or more importantly medical expenses. I was advised to call 999 Reviewed on: 13th September 2024

The Banks process for dealing with fraud is terrible.

This banks process for dealing with fraud is terrible. I have received an email saying that I have started an application which needs completing, the customer service representative refused to pass me to the fraud department or provide email contact details so I could register the fraud or gain confirmation it was being processed.
