The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

Forgot password

My account was blocked because I forgot one of my memorable passwords.when I went to reset it was sent to an old email account that I had cancelled. Customer service told me what I had to do to confirm that it was my account. I was back up and running. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026
