The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

They are easy to deal with and being disabled I find their website very comfortable when viewing my account and checking all my payments have been made. I like the security they use when logging in to ,my account. Reviewed on: 12th April 2026

Best CS experience

I travelled to Spain and I couldn't remember my pin for my Euro card. The CS agent was great and he helped and while I had to get my details to confirm he was so understanding and very engaging. Shows that he's supported to be himself not a robot. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026
