Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

Saving and spending

I have been using cashplus before it became a bank. For me it was a piggy bank so to speak. You put money there, you save, you spend wisely and you pay a small fee for that. Yet it is a window on the world. You can use the card anywhere in the world as long as you have funds. You build trust, you get more rewards and benefits. A very useful service

An OK experience

Hold times are often long which has put me off calling before and the email experience isn't great. They have an email however questions aren't answered over email. The paid plan doesn't really get you much in terms of benefits. Now to the postives. The customer service team did answer my questions and were helpful.
