Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

Best customer care

Approximately 10 yrs with cashplus and here to stay with this bank The members card is amazing for family who are still students/dependants Transfer of funds at the post office is instant and online banking approximately 10mins and longer on weekends...amazing!! A contender to the High Street banks

I have used cashplus for a number of years and never had a problem. Easy to navigate site and straightforward. Only needed to speak to Customer Servjces once and was resolved immediately. Very polite and friendly. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Extremely helpful staff/organisation.

As per title, very helpful and the products offered are perfect for me and very useful for regaining a decent credit rating after a dip due to circumstances (the Credit Builder Option)...I can also add cards to my account for my sons which is helping them to understand how money works.
